These terms govern the use of beats licensed through This One Knocks ("we," "us"). By purchasing or downloading a beat, you agree to the terms below for the tier you selected.
License Tiers
WAV Lease — non-exclusive license. Full-quality WAV, up to 5,000 audio streams, 1 music video, credit required in track metadata/description.
WAV + Trackout — non-exclusive license. WAV plus individual trackout stems, up to 100,000 audio streams, unlimited music videos, radio and live performance use permitted, credit required.
Exclusive — full ownership of the beat transfers to you upon payment and signed contract. Unlimited use, no streaming cap, no credit required. The beat is permanently removed from the store and will not be licensed to anyone else.
What's Not Included
Non-exclusive licenses (WAV Lease, WAV + Trackout) do not transfer ownership. The beat may be licensed to other artists unless and until it's purchased exclusively.
You may not resell, redistribute, or re-license the beat file itself in its original or stem form.
You may not claim authorship of the underlying instrumental composition.
Registering the composition itself for copyright or publishing (as opposed to your finished song) requires a separate written agreement.
Payment & Delivery
Full payment is required before files are delivered. Your license takes effect once payment is received and files are sent.
Refunds
Because these are digital goods, all sales are final once a file has been delivered. Refunds are only issued if the file is defective or was never delivered.
Termination
Violating the terms of your license (for example, exceeding a non-exclusive tier's usage limits or reselling the file) may result in the license being revoked.

The only information collected is what you voluntarily type into the booking form: your name, email address, track of interest, license tier, and project details.
How It's Used
Submitting the booking form opens your device's default email app with that information pre-filled into a message addressed to us. The message is sent directly from your email client to ours — this site does not store, save, or log form submissions on its own servers or in any database.
Cookies & Analytics
This site does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics software. No visitor behavior is tracked or recorded.
